項目摘要
金屬促進的切斷化學鍵的新反應、新模式以及基於化學鍵切斷的有機合成方法學研究具有重要的理論意義和套用價值。本項目擬在以往工作的基礎上,開展如下3個方面的研究:(1)合成多種具有不同取代基(包括有機矽,有機鍺以及有機錫等)的1,4-雙鹵代-1,3-丁二烯類衍生物,並研究這些化合物的鋰化條件實現高產率高選擇性雙鋰化;(2)摸索反應條件,研究這些雙鋰化合物的分子內化學鍵切斷反應和反應機理,生成鋰代矽雜(錫雜、鍺雜)環戊二烯衍生物,並在此基礎上進一步研究新型功能性化合物包括一些含有矽雜(錫雜、鍺雜)環戊二烯單元的pi-共軛體系的合成方法學;(3)總結歸納從1,4-二鋰-1,3-丁二烯類衍生物生成鋰代矽雜(錫雜、鍺雜)環戊二烯衍生物的有關反應規律,總結歸納C-Si, C-Ge, C-Sn在該反應體系中被切斷的特性,深入認識反應類型。
