項目摘要

本項目針對當前常規分離介質存在的問題,擬開發基於納米材料(金納米粒子、單壁碳納米管)的新型分離介質,並研究它們的分離機理和實際套用。首先,擬在常規矽膠基質表面包覆一層納米材料,製備新型化學穩定性好、柱效高的HPLC固定相;第二,分別建立基於金納米粒子和單壁碳納米管為核心的SDS膠束的MEKC分離方法,並實現線上富集過程;第三,充分利用自組裝、靜電作用、共價鍵合等技術,製備多種基於納米材料的開管柱電色譜準固定相;最後,利用螢光技術和電泳方法研究手性分離機理。由於納米材料具備眾多優異的性能,將它們套用於分離科學,相信會為以色譜和電泳方法為基礎的分離技術開創一個新局面。
