 《城市形態與住房市場(英文版)》著眼於兩種不同類型的住房市場——英國和中國,著重從房地產市場與城市形態的關係,人們對於街道布局的偏好,在微觀層面上城市街道布局如何影響房價波動等這幾個方面,探索城市的形態和住宅價格之間的靜態和動態關係。《城市形態與住房市場(英文版)》採用space syntax的網路分析方法,通過城市的街道網路模型計算系統的空間可達性指標來量化城市形態特徵;通過實證檢驗找出在微觀層面城市街道網路的變化如何影響房子的價格波動。
