科學研究
1、海洋食品及生物活性物質的健腸營養功效：
挖掘海洋食品及生物活性物質有益腸道健康的營養功效，並採用宏基因組學、生物信息學等方法探討分子機制，為海洋生物資源的高值化利用提供理論依據。
2、靶向肥胖人群的精準營養：
採用分子對接、計算機虛擬篩選、細胞模型和動物實驗等技術，高通量篩選具有降脂、降糖、減肥等生物活性的海洋功效因子，開發適宜肥胖人群的海洋功能食品。
3、貝類質量控制新技術
研發新型非熱殺菌技術及貯藏保鮮技術，提高貝類產品的附加值。
