周超英博士,女,教授,哈爾濱工業大學深圳研究生院副院長。本科畢業於華中科技大學,曾到英國劍橋大學工程系做訪問學者。後獲英國政府及工業界聯合資助到倫敦大學帝國理工學院航空系攻讀博士,1994年獲博士學位。之後到香港理工大學工程系做博士後。2003年初來哈爾濱工業大學深圳研究生院任教。研究領域包括:計算流體動力學;流動誘發振動分析與控制;分離流及旋渦流的數值模擬;湍流模擬。其研究領域在海洋工程,建築,橋樑以及飛機工業有著廣泛的套用背景。她曾作為項目的第一執行人完成了英國政府及工業界資助的題為'Hydrodynamic Damping of Cylindrical Elements in Currents and Waves'的項目以及香港理工大學資助的題為'Flow-Induced Vibration Using Vortex Dynamics Method'的項目。

4.風力機氣動設計及最佳化。
