個人基本信息
吳林志，男，漢族，1963年1月生，山東掖縣人，1988年7月參加工作，教授、博士生導師。1988年7月哈爾濱工業大學畢業留校任教。2000年1月任哈爾濱工業大學研究生院培養辦公室主任（副處級），2000年12月任哈爾濱工業大學研究生院培養處處長，2003年入選國家傑出青年基金獲得者，2005年1月任哈爾濱工業大學研究生院副院長兼培養處處長，2006年1月任哈爾濱工業大學理學院院長，2006年底入選長江學者特聘教授，2007年5月任哈爾濱工業大學理學院院長、理學中心主任，2015年7月離開了工作27年的母校、調往哈爾濱工程大學，任哈爾濱工程大學黨委委員、常委、副校長。自1988年在哈爾濱工業大學留校任教後，先後從事複合材料細觀力學、複合材料及其結構的設計/分析/評價一體化、功能梯度材料的斷裂力學等方面的研究工作。
現承擔國家傑出青年基金、教育部跨世紀優秀人才基金、黑龍江省傑出青年基金、國防基礎預研基金及“863”創新基金等。獲國家教育部科技進步基礎類一等獎一項、航天工業總公司科技進步二等獎一項和霍英東教育基金會第七屆高等院校青年教師獎。
截止目前，在國內外學術刊物及會議上共發表學術論文70餘篇，其中SCI、EI收入64篇，被國外學者引用36餘次。
