項目摘要
從alpha－重氮羰基化合物可以產生含重氮基團的親核試劑，這種親核試劑可以進一步發生一系列的反應，生成新的重氮化合物。本項研究的重點是含重氮基團的親核試劑對C=O和C＝N鍵的加成反應，特別是控制加成反應過程的立體選擇性。其中套用不對稱催化的方法來控制新形成的手性中心的立體化學具有重要意義，並且具有很強的挑戰性。此外，對於加成反應所獲得的重氮化合物將套用金屬催化，光照等方法進行研究，以期發現新的反應
