包妮沙，1985年7月生，副教授，碩士生導師。2012年中國地質大學（北京）土地科學技術系，土地信息技術方向獲博士學位，2010-2012教育部公派留學赴昆士蘭大學礦山土地復墾中心聯合培養博士。中國遙感套用協會環境遙感分會副理事。
