劉博群，男，漢族，1987年9月出生，博士，吉林大學食品科學與工程學院講師，研究方向為營養與功能食品，主要研究方向為：蛋製品精深加工及產業化套用、功能因子高值化開發與作用機制、食源性生物活性肽功能活性和吸收代謝、生物活性肽對細胞物理特性的影響。發表論文16篇，其中SCI 論文8篇。
