光是調控植物生長發育十分重要的環境因子,植物激素是植物體內調控植物生長發育的內源小分子。已有研究表明,光與植物激素共同調控植物幼苗的光形態建成,其信號機制卻不完全清楚。本項目研究分為三個部分:(1)確認EIN3/EIL1這一類新發現的光受體直接相互作用轉錄因子,鑑定其在光形態建成中的作用,並分析它們與已知的PIFs家族轉錄因子在調控光形態建成中的關係,完善對植物光形態建成中轉錄因子調控的認識。(2)通過對植物激素乙烯下游調控基因的分析,鑑定乙烯調控葉綠素合成、葉綠體發育和子葉擴展的功能基因,闡述乙烯調控光形態建成的信號機制。(3)研究乙烯、赤黴素和油菜素內酯這三大植物激素怎樣共同調控植物光形態建成,確定這些植物激素在調控光形態建成中的核心組分以及它們之間的關係,構建植物激素調控光形態建成的信號網路。這些研究將大大加深我們對植物如何在生長發育中整合外源光信號與內源植物激素調控的信號機制的認識。
