光信號和生物鐘對植物生長發育調控的分子機理研究:以模式植物擬南芥為研究材料,通過正、反向遺傳學方法篩選光信號和生物鐘信號轉導途徑相關的突變體,並克隆重要的調控基因,研究這些基因的功能和表達調控,進一步闡明光信號轉導途徑和生物鐘對植物的生長發育調控的分子機理。並採用比較基因組學的方法,克隆玉米、小麥等重要的農作物中的同源基因,研究其在作物中的功能和作用機理,為農作物的產量提高和品質改良提供重要的理論基礎。
