1991-1996年,北京醫科大學,醫學士。
1996-2002年,日本久留米大學,細胞生物學博士。
2002-2006年,美國Mayo Clinic 博士後。
2006-2015年,美國密西根大學醫學院內科系助理教授,副教授,正教授。
2015-2020年,美國希望之城貝克曼研究所正教授。
2020年起,西湖大學生命科學學院正教授。

研究方向

俞曉春教授長期致力於DNA損傷修復機制和癌症發生髮展的研究。眾所周知細胞內基因組隨時面臨著來自體外和體內的各種損傷因素的挑戰,如果 DNA 的損傷得不到及時修復,則會導致細胞的細胞周期紊亂、細胞凋亡、癌症發生等等惡性結果。因此,如何正確完成 DNA 的損傷修復並維持基因組的穩定性,對於細胞的存活進而防止腫瘤等重大疾病的發生起著至關重要的作用。因而,與此相關的分子機制研究是 DNA 損傷修復生物學的核心內容,對於腫瘤的診斷、抗腫瘤藥物的設計等都具有重要的理論指導意義。其學術成果特別對家族性乳腺癌,卵巢癌,胰腺癌和白血病檢測和治療產生巨大的影響。
