于敏娜，女，武漢大學法學博士，中國海洋大學法學院講師、師資博士後，海洋發展研究院雙聘研究人員。

教育和工作背景

大連海事大學法學學士、碩士（海商法），武漢大學法學博士。

2019年受IFLOS資助，赴國際海洋法法庭參加“推動海洋治理與和平解決國際爭端”項目。2020年獲“一帶一路”華沙大學交流項目資助。

曾任中糧集團中糧油脂船務法務專員（2016-2017），多次參加國內外航運界研討活動。

研究方向

國際法、海事海商法。
