中德（常州）創新產業園（SGIP）介紹

中德（常州）創新產業園（以下簡稱SGIP）成立於2018年，總面積27.5平方公里，位於江蘇常州西部。近年來，SGIP已成為德語區國家中小企業來華投資的理想目的地之一，也是中德文化、教育等雙向交流的平台。2018年SGIP被德國巴符州和江蘇省政府命名為德國工業4.0常州製造基地；2020年被江蘇省商務廳認證為首批省級國際合作園區，2022年被中國發改委和德國聯邦經濟事務和氣候保護部確定為中德城鎮節能示範園區。此外，SGIP已經與各級政府部門建立了全方位的支持工作機制，可以幫助新公司在中國的發展找到更好的發展路徑。目前，SGIP共有57家來自德語區的外商直接投資企業，主要集中在電動汽車、電子通訊、生物技術和醫療器械以及高端裝備製造業領域，包括全球知名的數控工具機製造商EMAG、德國知名的乾式變壓器製造商SGB、德國知名的放射性醫療器械供應商Eckert & Ziegler、全球領先的PCB生產商Schweizer、全球知名的電動和氣動工具製造商Festool等。憑藉為投資者量身定做的各種支持政策，越來越多的企業選擇了SGIP、獲得了成功。針對每一個項目，SGIP都會成立了專業的服務團隊，團隊成員精通多國語言，能為投資者提供投資審批、工商註冊、環保審批、能效評估、廠房建設等全方位的服務。SGIP所在城市擁有豐富的優質教育和本地人力資源。教育資源方面，這裡每年有超過38000名學生從各大專院校畢業。中國知名的高等學府河海大學於2023年將新校區搬遷到這裡。HWK高技能人才培訓和認證基地已經在SGIP成立，將深入推動德國雙元制教育並提供不同層次的定製培訓項目。勞動力資源方面，SGIP周邊擁有大量的本地技術工人，在長江三角洲地區勞動力成本競爭優勢明顯。此外，SGIP每月會定期舉辦招聘會，免費為國際公司和求職者提供相關服務。SGIP擁有中德（常州）中心、孵化創業中心等配套設施，使新成立的企業能以較低的成本在此落戶。豐富的土地資源和現有的標準廠房，也能滿足不同類型企業的個性化需求。而如德國啤酒吧Zapfler、萬豪酒店、國際醫院、國際學校等生活設施，您都可以在SGIP周邊找到。此外， SGIP每年還與不同級別的政府和組織舉辦各種社會活動，如對話德國、中德經濟合作論壇、啤酒節、外企開放日等，讓每一位外國投資者都能感受到家的溫暖。

Sino-German (Changzhou) Innovation Industry Park (referred to as SGIP hereinafter) was established in 2018 with a total area of 27.5 km, located in the west of Changzhou, Jiangsu. Recently, SGIP has been one of the ideal investment destinations in China for the small and medium-sized companies from German-speaking countries and regions, and also the platform for the exchange of Sino-German cultural, educational and other two-way communication. SGIP was named as German Industry 4.0 (Changzhou) Manufacturing Base by Baden-WürttembergState and Jiangsu Provincial Government in 2018, and was authenticated by theJiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce as the First Batch of Provincial-LevelInternational Cooperation Industry Parks in 2020. In 2022, SGIP was designated asthe Sino-German Demonstration Project of Energy Efficiency in City Quarters bythe Development and Reform Commission of China and Federal Ministry forEconomic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany. Moreover, SGIP has alreadyestablished all-round support work mechanisms with different-level government departments,can help the companies interested inChina market and the ones planning to go to Europe to find the best solutionsfor the further development. As the younger international park, over 60companies from German-speaking countries and regions resided in SGIP, mainlyfocusing on E-mobility, electronics & communications, biotechnology &medical device and high-end equipment manufacturing industries, among whichthere are MD Electronics - the famous autoelectronics manufacturer from Germany,SGB - the famous German dry-type transformer manufacturer,Eckert & Ziegler -the well-known German supplier of radioactive medical devices, and Schweizer -the world-leading producer of PCBs, Festool – the world-renowned manufacturerof power and pneumatic tool, RAPA, Zimmer, Kesseböhmer, etc.. With various customized supporting policies to investors, more and moreenterprises have chosen SGIP and won success. For each project we set up aspecific professional service team with multi-lingual team members to provideall-around services to investors covering investment approval, businessregistration, environmental protection approval, energy efficiency evaluation, workshopconstruction and other services. SGIP is located in the city with abundant high-quality education and local human resources in China. Annually, more than 38,000 students graduate from local universities and vocational colleges every year. One of the top universities in China - the Hohai university has relocated its new campus here in 2023. HWK Training and Certification Base for Highly-Skilled Talents in German Dual System education has been established in SGIP to provide customized training programs at different levels. In addition, SGIP has abundant labor resources, including plenty of local skilled technical workers, with a significantly competitive labor cost in the area of Yangtze River Delta. SGIPhas multi-function platforms combining the product show, networking andexchange, conference as Sino-German(Changzhou) Center and Incubation & Entrepreneurship Center , for newlyestablished European enterprises to start up everything from here at the lowercost, with abundant land resources and existing standard workshops fordifferent choices.
