2014年2月28日，蒲江縣和國家工信部中小企業發展促進中心簽訂合作備忘錄，在蒲江壽安新城建立“中德中小企業合作園”。

中德中小企業合作園
繼江蘇太倉之後，中國第二家中德中小企業合作園正式落戶成都。當天，蒲江還集中簽約德國凱佩斯環保科技有限公司環保木塑型材等9個項目，協定總投資36億元；簽訂生物醫藥產業項目5個，協定總投資9.6億元。
園區入駐企業
2011年11月，世界500強企業德國博世集團入駐蒲江壽安新城，博世集團落戶成都的4個項目中，有3個選址蒲江。自此，開啟了蒲江深入對接德資企業之路。截至目前，博世集團包裝技術、電動工具已投產運營，包裝技術（中國）研發中心掛牌，新簽約引進德國凱佩斯新型門窗建材生產基地項目及一批包裝技術、電動工具配套項目。此外，正在洽談的德資企業約10餘家。根據規劃，5－8年內將完成合作園起步區開發建設，實現產值80億元以上。
成都產業規劃
在大規模集群承接產業轉移的發展大勢下，堅持“再造一個產業成都”的發展定位，高起點規劃，高品質設計，高標準建設，形成四川乃至西部地區最強勁、最具活力的經濟成長極。從2004年至今，成都市規劃了以青羊工業集中發展區、天府新區、壽安工業集中發展區為代表的21個工業集中發展區，重點鎮工業集中點9個，其中國家級開發區2個，省級開發區10個，形成了“一區一主業，一區一特色”的良性競爭和產業態勢。
截止2012年9月，已有229家世界500強落戶。2011年全市外商投資實際到位65.5億美元，增長34.9%，新簽約引進億元以上重大項目429個。成都已經成為中國內陸投資環境的標桿城市。
壽安新城
壽安新城位於成都市蒲江縣壽安鎮，地處中國西南大中城市的交匯地帶，扼成都西南門戶，踞成、眉、雅、樂城市帶核心區域，成都半小時生活經濟圈。項目占地約6000畝，主要包含壽安工業新城區、田園新城區、人文風貌區三大板塊。按照成都市“兩化互動，產城一體”的發展思路，著力建設打造宜人、宜居、宜業的和諧新城。
Chengdu Union Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd. (hereafter referring to "Chengdu Union") was established on November 7, 2011. As the subsidiary of Chengdu Zhixin Group, Chengdu Union is dedicated to investment, construction and operation of the new style industrial parks.
Chengdu Union New-Style Industrial Park located in Shou’an industrial concentrated development zone, which is the only one that combines natural ecological environment and modern industrial environment in Chengdu. Block C and Block D of Chengdu Union new-style industrial park, located in the starting area of Sino-Germany (Pujiang) Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperation Park, will be fostered to be flag regions of Sino-Germany SMEs Cooperation Park; Industrial park will bear a high quality industry cluster of German companies and Sino-Germany joint venture companies firstly and precisely with the business philosophy of “ facility priority, service upgrade” and it creates a wholly new international development platform for the enterprises.
Existing investors in Shou’an industry development zone: 13 enterprises have invested into production, Bosch Packaging Technology, Bosch R&D Center of Packaging Technology and Power Tools have already begun to establish their permanent plants there. The enterprises relevant to Bosch Packaging and Power & Tools are actively investing here. In the 3 to 5 years, the annual GDP of Shou’an town will exceed 10 billion RMB.
