《中國科學技術指標(2010)(英文版)》編著者中華人民共和國科學技術部。
本書是科學技術部兩年一度發布的“中國科學技術指標”系列報告第10號，即科學技術黃皮書第10號。本報告主要依據科技統計數據及柑關的經濟、社會統計數據，系統地分析了“十一五”以來，尤其是2008年和2009年，我國科技人力資源，研究與發展經費。科技活動產出，主要執行部門(政府研究機構、高等學校、企業)的科技活動，高技術產業。公民科學技術的了解與態度，地區科技發展的總體規模、結構分布等本小情況，反映了我國科技活動的主要特徵。
本書為研究我國的科學技術狀況、科技實力和科技水平及其發展變化提供了翔實的資料和大量數據，為巨觀管理和決策提供可靠依據。可供各級管理部門、科技工作者及高等學校相關專業師生閱瀆、參考。
