作者簡介
劉進（1985—），男，江蘇東海人。北京理工大學人文學院副研究員、博士生導師。主持國家自然科學基金3項，主持其他省部級項目8項。出版學術專著10部。兼任“一帶一路”高等教育研究國際課題組組長，組織召開5屆“一帶一路”高等教育國際會議。曾在中央組織部、北京市委借調，曾任海南省昌江縣副縣長（掛職）。曾獲北京市教學成果獎二等獎，校教學成果獎特等獎、一等獎等多項獎項。
