拉娜德雷的未發行歌曲都收錄在了這個專輯里，包括未上架以及早期已下架作品還有一些歌曲的前身和初版，大多數是因為風格太過於大眾，沒有商業價值或因黑客泄露而沒有被收錄在正式專輯裡（Black Beautuy因被泄露只能淪為加曲，Flipside因為在棄曲中有小樣而淪為兩國獨占），此專輯非官方發行的，為冬粉自行整理上傳。（QQ音樂和網易雲音樂等播放器收錄歌曲數量不全（因為沒有將歌曲的初版和Demo收錄進去而是收錄 了最終版）。目前仍有更多的曲目泄出。Demo和製作不全的初版可能會影響冬粉民眾，因為如果將Demo和初版都收錄的話，不僅數量龐雜，歌曲大同小異，一些未經處理的歌曲也會對藝人產生相對的影響。

2011年6月發行首張單曲《Video Games》開始活躍於歌壇。2012年1月27日發行首張錄音室專輯《Born to Die》在樂壇走紅；同年2月21日獲得第32屆全英音樂獎國際最具突破藝人獎。2012年發行《Born to Die》的改版專輯《Born to Die – The Paradise Edition》。
2013年2月在第32屆全英音樂獎國際最佳女歌手獎；同年5月為電影《了不起的蓋茨比》獻唱插曲《Young and Beautiful》。2014年憑藉歌曲《Summertime Sadness》的Cedric Gervais混音版獲得第56屆葛萊美獎最佳非古典類混音唱片獎；同年6月17日發行的第三張錄音室專輯《Ultraviolence》，登上公告牌二百強專輯榜冠軍。
