《Let Me Go》的MV是由Christopher Sims執導的。

畫面的開始是一位老人在空曠的庭院裡掃著落葉，老人深深地喘了一口氣，便去打開了那扇房門。而當老人打開那扇房門，就好似洞開了一個完全不同的世界，古堡的外面是烏雲遍布，而房間內卻可以看到明媚的陽光，可以猜測那座古堡只是一個過去的回憶，周圍的背景，都是原封不動的，而薇薇所在的那個空間，卻如同一個完全封閉的空間，好似被困在那個幽暗的空間內，一個封閉，昏暗而沒有時間流動的位面。而鏡子另一端的老人通過拿起過去的吉他和衣服就好似回到了過去，在鏡子中看到了過去的自己，年輕的自己，彈奏起當年的歌曲，好似又回到了那個過去的時光。

歌手簡介

艾薇兒·拉維尼（Avril Lavigne），1984年9月27日出生於加拿大安大略省，加拿大女歌手、詞曲創作者、演員。

2002年，艾薇兒發行首張專輯《Let Go》，以一首《Sk8er Boi》成名。2007年，艾薇兒演唱的歌曲《Girlfriend》成為當年的暢銷歌曲之一，也使她獲得MTV歐洲音樂頒獎禮最佳女歌手獎。2010年，她受邀擔任溫哥華冬奧會閉幕式嘉賓。2013年7月，艾薇兒·拉維尼與搖滾樂團Nickelback的主唱查德·克羅格在法國完婚。

現已發行了《Let Go》《Under My Skin》《The Best Damn Thing》《Goodbye Lullaby》《AvrilLavigne》五張專輯。
