go-vern-ment就是用連字元串起來的government，即政府，這種寫法始創於著名的網路社區“貓撲”，在那裡經常會出現這樣一些“新生事物”，這么寫無非就類似“拆字法”，很多網站都有敏感詞匯和字眼的過濾，所以，為了表述清楚方便，又不用錯別字來代替，衍生出這么一種寫法。
