北卡教堂山國際教育學院(Global Education Institute, GEI)成立於2004年，是一個專注於促進中美兩國教育、科技、醫療、文化交流與協作的非營利機構。GEI依靠對中美兩國社會制度、產業規劃、行業政策以及文化的深刻理解，為中美兩國教育、醫療和高新技術轉移等產業的雙向交流提供落地服務。GEI一貫注重開發以結果為導向、具有創新意義的合作項目，並擅長將中美兩國各個領域的優勢資源進行整合、互補與提升。
Global Education Institution (GEI) was founded in 2004. Our focus is to improve and enhance the educational, technological and cultural opportunities between China and the United States. GEI acts as a liaison between prestigious universities such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-Chapel Hill), North Carolina State University (NCSU) & Duke University, with top universities, local governments and well-known companies in China.
Benefiting from the geographic advantages of the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, GEI also works with many local high-tech corporations to organize leadership-training programs for outstanding Chinese corporate leaders. In addition, GEI arranges for Professors, high-tech employees, and government officers from North Carolina to visit China. By 2012, GEI had helped over 1000 Chinese government heads, teachers and students visit and study in North Carolina.
GEI headquarters is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and is comprised of over 14,000 sq. ft. of working space. GEI branch offices in China are currently located in major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Guangzhou. These offices facilitate programs with our local partners and assist visitors from North Carolina.
GEI is proud of being trusted by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education (BMCE). BMCE has designated GEI as its US partner to help ensure smooth operation of its educational programs with its other US partners.
We continuously put forth our best efforts to provide the most professional services for cooperation with educational institutes and making sure communication among partners between China and the United States goes smoothly.
