劇情簡介

《成事在人》是根據約翰·卡林的作品《成事在人：納爾遜·曼德拉和改變世界的遊戲》(The HumanFactor:Nelson Mandela and the Game That Changed the World)改編而成。

曼德拉在多年的牢獄之災後成功競選總統一職，並因南非被選為1995年橄欖球世界盃東道主，而決定支援南非的英式橄欖球隊跳羚隊。跳羚隊曾因南非實行種族隔離制度而被國際賽事拒之門外。大部分的黑人一向將跳羚隊視為排外的符號，但當跳羚隊在加時賽打贏了紐西蘭橄欖球隊贏得世界盃冠軍時，他們與國內白人的隔膜亦隨之消失。皮爾納正是當時的橄欖球隊長，在世界盃舉辦過程中與曼德拉結下了深厚的友誼。
