特洛耶·希文（Troye Sivan），1995年6月5日出生於南非約翰內斯堡，南非裔澳大利亞歌手、演員。
2013年，特洛耶·希文與澳大利亞百代唱片簽約，並於2014年8月15日發行首張EP《TRXYE》。2014年，特洛耶·希文入選《時代周刊》“2014年網路最具有影響力青少年25位”。2015年3月，特洛耶·希文獲得兒童選擇獎“最受歡迎澳大利亞/紐西蘭網路紅人獎”，9月發行第二張EP《WILD》，12月發行首張專輯《Blue Neighbourhood》。
