Herschel and Vinnie are siamese twins, joined at the hip. But they are hardly the perfect pair. Herschel is neat, Vinnie is a slob. Herschel is Jewish, Vinnie is Italian-American ("Same mother, different fathers, born just seconds apart.") Herschel is sexually frustrated, Vinnie appears to be a ladies man.
