這個進程是由服務--ProtexisLicensing產生的要想這個進程不啟動先停止這個服務就行了
裝了Corel PaintShop Pro XII也有這個東西，而且寫了程式服務還在！
Go to Administrative Tools -> Services and stop ProtexisLicensing Stop the service and put on Disable. Go to Strat-> Run -> sc delete ProtexisLicensing and press Enter, now it will be removed from services list Go to SYSTEM32 folder and delete this files: - PSIService.exe - PSIKey.dll
