國際科學技術與教育研究會（IISTE）成立於2008年，旨在加速全球知識傳播。通過與政府，社區組織，公共機構，企業和其他基金會的合作，促進教育事業發展，並提供國際合作的方案。為研究人員提供財政支持（會議，研討會，學術等各種項目），亦出版科學刊物及書籍。
