《Here We Go Again》是美國青年歌手Demi Lovato的第二張個人錄音室專輯，於2009年7月21日發行。和第一張專輯《Don't Forget》不同的是，這專輯中Demi沒有再和Jonas Brothers合作撰寫，而是邀請到其他音樂人，譬如John Mayer，E.
