回到上世紀80年代，Funk和Disco是最盛行的時尚指標，人們在這種充滿節奏感又不會過分壓迫的音樂里積極釋放著熱情，找回從身體到精神前所未有的自我，感受從舞池到世界都仿佛忘乎所以的自由。
2019出道第十年，第六張專輯《10》，江映蓉想帶大家重溫這樣的自由，延續讓人全然放鬆，擺脫束縛的“浴室音樂”靈感線索，以“慢時髦”態度，推出第三波【自由主打】《Get Ready》。
江映蓉內心對Funk的敏感度一直很高，這個音樂類型的Groove對她的衝擊和吸引，從新專輯啟動那天開始就揮之不去，每次說到Funk，她都手舞足蹈，停不下來！“做一首有態度的Funk作品！”製作人崔迪對江小花的這個訴求拍手叫好，因為她們都太愛Groove，太愛遊走在那種節奏里的感覺，加上另一位知名音樂人萬家銘老師的編曲助陣，融合了復古元素與當下Modern feel的《Get Ready》，堪稱華語樂壇少有的態度音樂作品。

聆聽《Get Ready》，像用耳朵欣賞一部從上世紀80年代穿越而來的聲音電影，江映蓉是那個活色生香的女主角，邀請我們跳進五光十色的舞池中央、鄉間小路、城市街道、大地天空……所有人，都可以在她如夢如幻的演繹里肆意擺動身體，釋放靈魂的自由！編曲放入諸多精緻“時髦”線索——復古、放克風的Bass line，808式Cow bell和Roland鼓機，Talk box對講機聲碼器效果，搭配江映蓉在主人聲及和聲反差感強烈的唱腔，以多重節奏感配合情緒變化，中英文交錯的詮釋方式，勵志但避免盲目口號的表達主題，讓整首歌熱情而不矯情，熱烈而不聒噪，打破時間與年代定義，回歸江映蓉和製作團隊“只要做好音樂”的初心。
