Emmett J Scanlan（埃米特·斯坎倫），1979年1月31日出生於愛爾蘭，都柏林。他是演員同時也是製片人，因出演英劇《聖橡鎮少年》（Hollyoaks）中的 Brendan Brady一角而走紅 。
在2008和2009，斯坎倫出現在Justin Timberlake製作的名為The Phone, as "The Operator"的MTV系列中。
Scanlan還飾演過的其他角色，包括Colour from the Dark, Studs and Freakdog (2008)，他還主演了Charlie Casanova ，在劇中他飾演Charlie 。
在2010年，Scanlan加入了英國肥皂劇Hollyoaks的拍攝，在其中他飾演Cheryl Brady的哥哥Brendan Brady，一個名副其實的壞男孩。由於在其中的出色表現，Scanlan獲得了NTA獎提名。
