北京市非物質文化遺產一直以來面臨著傳承人老齡化和斷代的危機。絹人、蠟果、聯珠快書……這些非遺項目作為北京人耳熟能詳的文化密碼，多項如今已瀕危。目前，不少“非遺”已無傳承人在世，或僅存一人。本書將即將失傳的非遺技藝呈現在書本上，通過傳承人口述、技藝講述等方面的描述，即便今後傳承人過世，後人也可以通過圖文資料進行傳承。
The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Beijing has always faced the critical situation of the aging of inheritors, or the shortage of following inheritors. The once house-held Beijing traditional handcrafts, like silk figurine, wax fruit and many others forms of folk art are now vanishing. Due to the lack of inheritors, or just one person engaged in this field, this book aims to record image materials about vanishing handcrafts with description of inheritors’ narrative, so as help to pass down Beijing intangible cultural heritage.
