作者簡介

彼得•林奇出生於1944年，15歲開始小試投資，賺取學費，1968年畢業於賓州大學沃頓商學院，取得MBA學位。
1969年，林奇進入富達公司。1977～1990年間，他一直擔任富達公司旗下麥哲倫基金的經理人。在這13年間，他使麥哲倫基金的管理資產從2000萬美元增至140億美元，年平均複利報酬率高達29％，幾乎無人能出其右。麥哲倫基金也由此成為世界上最成功的基金，投資績效名列第一。
1990年，彼得•林奇光榮退休，開始總結自己的投資經驗，陸續寫出《彼得•林奇的成功投資》、《戰勝華爾街》、《學以致富》，轟動華爾街。
