研究工作
研究領域主要包括生物學數據分析的模式識別算法，深入研究了從調控DNA序列中發掘前調控模組的算法及其複雜度。另外， 還提出了一個從基因組中（包括部分非編碼RNA）提取模式片段的高效搜尋算法。研究方向為數據分析方法在拓撲蛋白質組學中的套用；根據MELK技術產生的圖像數據，研究相關的分割和比對算法。
