專輯介紹
蔡健雅(Tanya)加盟華納後的首張國語大碟《陌生人》，甫推出便取得極佳成績，更成為台灣某大唱片排行榜的6月份總冠軍，成績驕人。最近唱片公司亦為她推出了最新的英文專輯《Jupiter》，既是乘勝追擊，亦是把更原味更完整的“蔡健雅”介紹給各地的樂迷。
跟《陌生人》一樣，這張《Jupiter》內的歌曲，都是些較抒情的作品，大部分都由Tanya親自創作，內容都離不開女性在感情路上的心理描寫，刻劃細緻，顯現她柔情感性的一面。碟內不少歌曲，都曾改編成國語版，收錄在她不同的國語大碟里，對很多樂迷來說，應該不會感到陌生。另外，Tanya唱英文歌肯定比國語歌盡情投入，畢竟英語才是她的第一語言(她第一張專輯《Bored》亦是英文碟來的)，故發揮當然會比較好。
在碟內多首歌曲裡面，筆者最喜歡旋律優美的“Day and Night”，國語版曾收錄在2001年的《I Do Believe》專輯中，兩個版本的歌詞俱吸引，而英文版這個新編曲，比國語版已曝光的那兩個編曲(一個是原裝版，一個是吉他版)更動人。
“Two of Us”與國語版一樣充滿誘惑，Tanya的演繹感性，有種說不出的嫵媚。翻唱英倫組合Coldplay作品的“Yellow”深情而帶些少哀傷，一方面寫出自己為愛奮不顧身的堅持，同時又有少許埋怨另一半卻步不前，詞中不斷反覆詠唱著“Look how they shine for you”，似有鼓勵愛人向前闖的意味。
其他歌曲如“Sanctuary of Love”(“衝動”英語版)、“Tell Me”(“你說”英語版)及以吉他為主導的點題歌曲“drops of Jupiter”(原唱為Train)，均不容錯過。
