創作背景

在2010年一月份，艾薇兒在一個迪士尼的會議上，她向管理人員提及她為自己即將發行的專輯而寫的音樂時，很想為這部電影寫一首歌。經過討論後導演同意了艾薇兒。艾薇兒說：“我掛掉了電話，坐在我家的鋼琴邊立馬寫下這首歌，我很受啟發因為我一直在為這首電影寫歌，我腦子裡充滿著靈感。”她在波斯頓演奏了這首歌，之後有個人打電話給她傳達了導演的批准，確認這首歌將用於電影。
