Bill Clinton, president of the United States Of America, is delivering the State of the Union. He drags on about bridgebuilding. In the background vice-president Al Gore is listening, but he seems rather bored. Slowly he slumbers away and starts dreaming about his favorite pastime: running around naked in the grass and dancing for a pair of trees.
