個人簡介

黃鵬，研究領域包括飼料原料（飼用植物）品質調控、植物功能成分的腸道菌群調控機制、代謝工程等，這些研究的長期目標是開發促進動物腸道健康的植物源產品並解析其作用機制。博士畢業於湖南農業大學園藝園林學院藥用植物資源工程專業，以第一作者在Microbiome、Molecular Plant、Scientia Horticulturae、Plant Disease 等SCI收錄期刊發表論文6篇，累計影響因子34分，其中2篇影響因子超過10分。擔任Veterinary Research、npj Biofilms and Microbiomes、Molecular plant biology等國際SCI期刊審稿專家。已協助導師培養博士生3名，研究生5名。
