人物經歷

  • 2008年於北京科技大學新金屬材料國家重點實驗室獲得博士學位;2008-2013年先後於中國科學院物理研究所、韓國科技學院(KAIST, Postdoc Fellow)、新加坡國立大學(NUS, Research Fellow)等大學和研究所從事博士後研究工作。
  • 2013年4月起,四川大學化學工程學院冶金工程系,副教授;2019年1月起,教授。

學術成果

  • 主持國家自然科學基金面上項目3項,四川大學引進人才基金一項。參與中科院知識創新工程項目一項,參與國家自然科學基金面上項目兩項。在SCI/EI級別期刊共發表文章30餘篇,他引500餘次。已授權發明專利13項。

研究方向

  • 從事材料、物理和化學的交叉學科研究,主要方向為:石墨烯、及類石墨烯等二維層狀半導體材料的生長、表征及套用研究,套用主要集中在電池、催化、及螢光性質等方面。
