基本信息

1989年本科畢業於北京理工大學套用數學專業,計算機套用技術專業碩士、博士,細胞生物學專業博士後出站。目前主要從事生物信息學和系統生物學的理論和套用研究,主要研究內容包括抗腫瘤和抗糖尿病藥物分子計算機輔助篩選和實驗驗證,以及基於組學技術和計算系統生物學分析的藥物分子作用機制研究。承擔本科生《生物信息學》課程的教學工作。承擔完成國家、省部和市級科研項目十餘項。在國際、國內重要學術期刊發表論文40餘篇,獲省部級科技進步一等獎一項。

研究方向

研究目標:抗腫瘤和抗糖尿病藥物分子篩選及其細胞作用機制研究。
招生意向:招收生物學、生物信息學、理論化學、藥物化學、數學和計算機科學等專業背景,以計算和生物學實驗相結合進行科學研究的碩士、博士研究生(最好能碩博連讀)。同時歡迎其它院校以上學科背景的保送研究生和調劑研究生。
