黃盛豐

黃盛豐,男,廣東廣州人,博士中山大學生命科學學院教授、博士生導師有害生物控制與資源利用國家重點實驗室PI,2017年國家優秀青年基金獲得者,2018年入選教育部的國家重大人才工程青年項目。長期從事功能基因組學研究,以文昌魚、七鰓鰻和斑馬魚等水生動物為研究對象,開發算法工具與數學模型,分析動物基因組的序列多樣性及其演化模式,探索免疫系統的功能演化,發掘新穎免疫機制,並研究免疫與消化、生長和代謝之間的關係。承擔或參與國家自然科學基金項目3項、863課題1項、973課題2項、“藍色糧倉”計畫1項。發表SCI論文四十多篇。在Cell, Genome Research,Nature Communications,PNAS,Bioinformatics,Human Mutation,Free radical biology & medicine,Journal of Immunology和JBC等期刊上發表第一或通訊作者論文19篇。取得多項國內軟體著作權和發明專利,發布多個算法軟體和數學模型。相關成果曾獲得中國免疫學會青年學者獎、國家自然科學獎二等獎(第二完成人)、中國科協2016年度中國生命科學領域十大進展和中國藥學會科學技術一等獎(第二完成人)等。
