黃國慶,男,江蘇南京人,1976 年10月出生,重慶大學土木工程學院教授、博士生導師。1997年本科畢業於大連理工大學,2008年博士畢業於美國德州理工大學。隨後在美國知名諮詢公司ABKJ工作。主要從事高層建築、風機和輸電線塔等結構抗風以及隨機振動等研究工作。近五年在國際著名結構工程和風工程SCI期刊發表論文40篇左右。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目和四川省青年項目等多個項目。 目前擔任《Wind and Structures》(主流風工程SCI期刊)編委以及特刊客座主編。並擔任中國土木工程學會計算機套用分會理事、中國空氣動力學會風工程和工業空氣動力學專業委員會委員以及中國振動工程學會隨機振動專業委員會委員。2009年獲R.D. Marshall傑出博士論文獎,2012年入選國家青年千人計畫,2015年獲得四川省傑青資助,2018年獲得國家科技進步二等獎(排名第5)。
