鮑軍鵬，男，1974年出生，博士，西安交通大學電子與信息學部計算機科學與技術學院副教授。
1994年本科畢業於華東交通大學電力牽引與傳動控制專業。2000年在西安交通大學電子與信息工程學院計算機系計算機軟體與理論專業獲得工學碩士學位。2004年在西安交通大學電信學院計算機系計算機科學與技術專業獲得工學博士學位。2006年4月至2007年3月底受英國皇家學會資助在英國赫特福德大學（University of Hertfordshire）作訪問學者，研究文本語義相似性。2007年7月起任職副教授。
獲得了國家發明專利6項（第一發明人），軟體著作權2項，2009年教育部自然科學獎二等獎1項（第四名），2005年陝西省科學技術獎二等獎1項（第六名）和2005年陝西省科學技術獎三等獎1項(第五名)。
