科研成果
長期專注於哺乳動物生殖生物學研究，建立最佳化了一套以胚胎幹細胞(ES)同源重組技術為基礎的高效製作遺傳修飾小鼠動物模型(Genetically Engineered Mouse Model,GEMM)的方法，並結合體外細胞、分子生物學手段，發現了9個與哺乳動物雄性不育密切相關的遺傳/表觀遺傳蛋白質編碼基因和5個非編碼微小RNA分子（miRNA），並闡明了6條與生殖細胞發育缺陷相關重要信號通路。在生殖發育生物學領域相關主流SCI期刊如PLoS Genetics, Development, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Death & Differentiation, Cancer Research, JCI insight等共發表SCI論文26篇(第一作者/通訊作者14篇)，被引用900餘次，獲得美國德州表觀學者獎(Epigenetic Scholar)。
