分子標誌物、食品污染物暴露風險評估等工作。作為主持人承擔國家重點攻關計畫子課題,
國家自然科學基金面上項目等多項課題。作為主要參加者參加科技部科技攻關計畫,歐盟第7框架項目,
國家食品安全風險評估中心委項目等課題。現為湖北省預防醫學會流行病學分會副主任委員,湖北省預防醫學會婦科疾病防治專業委員會副主任委員,美國腫瘤協會(AACR)會員。發表SCI論文104篇。擔任多篇國際學術期刊如Plos Medicine, Int J Cancer,Cancer,Carcinogenesis Int J Cardiology, Human mutation,Cancer Medicine等雜誌審稿人以及《Cancer Medicine》、《
中華疾病控制雜誌》、《中國熱帶醫學雜誌》等多家雜誌的編委。
