摘要
從騰衝縣4個酸性 (pH3.0-5.0) 高溫 (85-96'C) 溫泉中分離到16株極端嗜熱性芽孢桿菌. 經鑒 定, 10株為嗜熱脂肪芽孢桿菌 (Bacillus stearothermophilus),2株(YN86317和YN86326) 為高溫凝 結芽孢桿菌 (Bacillus thermocoagulans sp. nov.) , 4株 (YN86325, YN86344, YN86344 和 YN86345) 為 Bacillus spp.
Abstract
From a biogas fermentor a type II methanotrophic strain 81Z was isolated. It possess the general characteristics of methanotrophs. However,some of its properties, such as polar flagellum, catalase-negative etc. indicated that it apparently differs from any known strains of methanotrophs.A new species was established and named as Methylosinus methanica. According to its catalasenegative property, slight unstable growth on acetate and low YCH4,it was supposed that it may have a complemented metabolic system to adapt to anarobic condition and take active part in material and energy metabolism under this condition.
