高曉連

高曉連,女,中國科學技術大學生命科學學院兼職教授,博士生導師。

1978-1982年在北京化工學院學習,獲高分子科學學士學位;1982-1986年在Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey讀研究生,獲化學博士學位; 1986-1989年在哥倫比亞大學醫學院(Columbia University, Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons)從事博士後研究;1990-1992年在葛蘭素公司研究實驗室(Glaxo Inc. Research Laboratories)任高級科學家和研究員,研究方向是結構生物學;1992-1998, 1998-2002, 2002-2004年在休斯敦大學歷任化學助理教授、副教授、教授,同時兼生物學與生物化學助理教授、副教授、教授。2005至今任休斯敦大學生物學與生物化學教授,併兼化學與生物醫學工程教授;2008年至今任中國科學技術大學兼職教授。

高曉連,女,中國科學技術大學生命科學學院兼職教授,博士生導師。
1978-1982年在北京化工學院學習,獲高分子科學學士學位;
1982-1986年在Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey讀研究生,師從Roger A. Jones教授,研究內容為同位素標記的寡聚核糖核酸合成及NMR表征(Synthesis and NMR Characterization of Isotope Labeled Oligodeoxyribonucleotides),獲化學墓踏博士學位;
1986-1989年在哥倫比亞大學醫學院(Columbia University, Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons)洪舉估企從事博士後研究,師從Dinshaw Patel教授,研究方向為生物化學與生物物理,內容是DNA以及配基-DNA複合物的核磁共振(NMR of DNA and Ligand-DNA Complexes);
1990-1992年在葛蘭素公司研究實驗室(Glaxo Inc. Research Laboratories)任高級科學家和研究員,研究方向是結構生物學;
1992-1998, 1998-2002, 2002-2004年在休斯敦大學歷任化殃旬求學助理教授、副教授、教授,同時兼生物學與估遷地生物化學助理教授、副教授、教授。2005至今任休斯敦大學生物學照陵挨與生物化學教授,併兼化學與生物醫學工程教授;
2008年至今任中國科學技術大學兼職教授。

研究領域

主要研究興趣是化學與生物學的交叉領域:
重點包括
(1)高密度生物晶片上生物大分子的並行合成化學;
(2)生物晶片在基因組學和蛋白質組學中的套用辨遙汗拳;
(3)發展付兵糊合成生物學方法;
(4)核酸、蛋白質及其複合物結構測定的生物分子核磁共振波譜學,以及加快蛋白質核磁共振波譜闡釋的資料庫研究。
