高亞楠，男，江蘇徐州人，1985年3月生，中共黨員，2003年-2012年就讀於中國礦業大學工程力學專業，先後獲得學士、博士學位。隨後留校工作。現為中國礦業大學力學與建築工程學院副教授，主要從事深部岩體穩定性及非線性大變形研究。
