曾任湖南省長沙縣政府黨組成員、副縣長。
2024年10月任共青團長沙市委書記。

負責科技、工業和信息化、工業園區、交通運輸、電業、倉儲及物流園區、路長制、國有集體企業改革改制及遺留問題處理、郵政、通信工作。協助負責生態環境保護工作。分管縣科技局、縣工信局、縣交通局。聯繫縣科協、縣供電公司、縣郵政分公司、縣電信分公司、縣移動分公司、縣聯通分公司。

學術兼職

湖南省物理學會理事;

研究領域

計算凝聚態物理(路徑積分分子動力學模擬、表面物理、功能材料設計等)。套用高性能並行計算設備與先進的計算方法,從事凝聚態計算、原子分子模擬方面的研究。一方面,通過深入理解各種不同功能材料豐富的表面與界面特性,進行新材料設計以及解決材料生長過程中可能遇到的各種複雜的技術問題。另一方面,在全量子模擬的框架下,研究輕元素體系的相變問題,水在固體表面的結構、成核過程等。重點關注原子的核量子效應在這些物理、化學過程中所起的作用。目前,在Science, Science advances, Nature 子刊, Nano Lett., JPCL, PRB, J. Chem. Phys 等雜誌上發表研究論文40餘篇。擔任JCP, APL, ACS AMI, Scientific Reports, Chinese Physcs B等期刊審稿人。
