馮志勇(北京郵電大學教授)

馮志勇,北京郵電大學教授,泛網無線通信教育部重點實驗室主任,國家北斗系統頻率組專家,國際下一代移動通信網路論壇(NGMN)技術顧問,移動教育部新世紀人才,McGill大學訪問學者。主要從事無線移動通信系統,無線頻譜檢測與管理方面的研究。主持及參與多項國家自然基金項目、國家973項目、國家863項目、國家科技重大專項項目和歐盟第六框架、第七框架項目等。發表EI/SCI檢索論文100餘篇、授權發明專利30餘項,被接納國際標準化提案40餘篇,形成ITU、IEEE等國際標準3項。曾獲國家技術發明二等獎,教育部技術發明一等獎,中國通信學會科學技術二等獎,北京市科學技術二等獎。研究方向為:寬頻移動通信系統新理論及技術。

人物生平

於北京郵電大學分別獲得碩士和博士學位,擔任北京郵電大學教授,泛網無線通信教育部重點實驗室主任等職務。

研究領域

主要從事5G移動通信、認知無線網路(認知無線電)、異構網路融合、頻譜管理技術、頻譜測量儀器儀表等方面的研究,包括:移動通信網路架構、認知無線網路、端到端重構、無線資源管理、頻譜感知、動態頻譜管理、跨層最佳化與設計、無線信號處理等方面。

學術成果

主持多項國家和國際科研項目,包括863和自然基金項目,國家973項目,歐盟第六框架、第七框架項目等。長期從事寬頻移動通信系統的研究,在IEEE Transaction, IEEE Letters, EURASIP Journal,中國科學等國內外頂級刊物和IEEE ICC,Globecom等知名會議上發表文章近百篇。擔任IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC),IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication (TWC)等著名期刊的審稿人。向ITU-R WP5A/WP5D, IEEE 1900, ETSI and CCSA等國際標準化組織提交多項提案,形成3項國際標準。
