主要研究領域
主要從事計算凝聚態物理領域研究工作,基於
密度泛函理論(DFT)第一性原理方法研究:(1)ABO
3型鈣鈦礦結構過渡金屬氧化物的體材料性質,以及靜汽頁背水壓、想懂外延應變、氧空位、摻雜引起的結構相變、電子結構和磁性質的變化;(2)過渡金屬陵膠她腿氧化物表面和界面電子重構;(3)納米隧道結輸運性質。目前研究方向:新型光伏材料與器件設計。
學術成就
主持完成
國家自然科學基金項目2項。主編《數學物理方法》教材一部(
高等教育出版社,2014年)。在Chemical Communications、Applied Physics Letters、Physical Review B等學術期刊發表SCI收錄論文50餘篇,被Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Nano Letters、Physical Review Letters等學術期刊引用500餘次,單篇論文最高被引用記乃察陵87次。2010年指導本科生畢業論文獲江蘇省優秀畢業論文二等獎,2011年指導本科生物理作品創新競賽獲江蘇省一等獎,2013年指導本科生第十三屆“挑戰杯”獲全國二等獎。
