研究成果：
在水生生物遺傳資源的物種鑑定、系統進化以及水產經濟動物標記的開發套用等方面的取得了一定的成果，主要成績如下：1)在水產物種的分子鑑定和標記開發套用研究方面，對東海區的一些重要魚類和甲殼類等類群進行了分子鑑別和系統發育研究，為DNA條形碼技術的套用奠定了良好的基礎。
2)運用了現代分子遺傳學理論，開展了青蟹等一些具有重要經濟價值種類的系統進化研究，解決了部分種類的種屬分類問題和種質資源問題；
3）採用分子標記技術和群體遺傳分析方法，建立了適用於南極磷蝦DNA提取的方法，開發了多態微衛星引物，開展了南極磷蝦的群體遺傳結構和多樣性研究。
